Abstract
IN their preliminary account, the authors (1960) presented the results of theexperimental rock-lobster fishing operations conducted during 1958-59along the south-west coast of India with a new design of bottom set gill nets.With a view to studying in detail the working of this lobster fishing gear,a series of further tests were made at different fishing grounds extending fromQuilon to Muttom along the south-west coast of India during 1959-60 andthe resiilts are presented in this paper.Downloads
