Abstract

Two new species belonging to two genera of nematodes were found. Brevitobrilus delhiensis n. sp. is characterized by distinct
longitudinal line and very finely transversely annulated cuticle; amphidial fovea 5-6 μm wide; slender cephalic sensilla; sphincter
between oviduct and uterus, indistinct spermatheca; male with robust or plump spicules with median stiffening piece, without
distinct manubrium, calomus and lamina; indistinct sphincter between vas deferens and ejaculatory duct; S3, S4 & S6 relatively smaller, S6 located outside spicular range and 40-65 micropapillae in supplements region. Chronogaster inopia n. sp. is characterized
in having small-sized C-shaped body, thin cuticle, absence of longitudinal and lateral lines, absence of vacuolated lateral glands, presence of crystalloids, stirrup-shaped amphids, small stoma, small post uterine sac, tail with a dorsal mucro without any further
spine and absence of male.
