Effects of substituting soybean meal with safflower meal on the performance and meat yields in broiler chicken

The main objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of utilization safflower protein concentrate (SPC) as a replacement for soybean meal (SBM) on performance and meat yield sin broiler chicken. The results of the present study suggest that SPC can be included in broiler diet up to 50 % of SBM protein without affecting the growth and meat yields.
