An experiment conducted during kharif 2023 and 2024 at JAU, Junagadh, evaluated the susceptibility of ten groundnut genotypes to Spodoptera litura using a randomized block design without insecticides. Significant differences in larval populations were observed. Pooled data revealed JSSP 70 (1.48 larvae/plant) and JVB 2607 (1.66) as resistant, while KDG 128, GG 20, and JSSP 71 were moderately resistant. JVB 2602, GG 23, and GG 21 showed moderate susceptibility, and JSSP 69 (2.63) and GG 22 (2.79) were categorized as susceptible. No genotype fell into highly resistant or highly susceptible categories.
