The submission upload issue in JSR site (http://epubs.icar.org.in/ejournal/index.php/JSR/author/saveSubmit/2 ) has been solved now by ICAR-ePubs.

Those who could not upload their manuscripts (both fresh and revised) earlier, may please do so now.
