Abstract

Phule Samadhan (National ID- IC 599737) is a bread
wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) variety derived through
pedigree selection method from a cross, NIAW 34 x
PBW 435. This variety was identified for release by
Apex Research Review Committee of Maharashtra viz.,
Joint Agresco during May 2014 and recommended for
cultivation by State Variety Release Committee of
Maharashtra State in 2016. Further, it was notified by
Central Sub-committee on Crop Standards, Notification
and Release of Varieties for Agricultural Crops vide
notification No S.O. 2238 (E), dated 29.05.2016.
