In this paper, response surface designs have been constructed for a specific factor level combination that ensures the rotatability of the design. Here,
the underlying situation is considered when experimental units are suspected of having neighbouring or overlap effects from left and right adjacent
units. Furthermore, conditions have been established to ensure orthogonal estimation of the model parameters, thereby ensuring the constancy of the
variance of the estimated response. A new methodological approach to the construction of designs of the form

satisfying derived conditions has been developed. R functions are also developed to generate the proposed series of designs.
