Abstract

Some methods of constructions of cyclic balanced incomplete block (BIB) designs, group divisible designs and rectangular designs are described. As 
a particular case, cyclic solution of the BIB designwith parameters: 45, 11, 5, 99, 1 v r k b λ = = = = = , and listed as H51 in the table of Hall (1998), is 
obtained.The present solution is different from the earlier solutions reported in Dey (1986) and Hall (1998).
