Abstract

Soil samples representing sandy loam region of Rajasthan were analysed for the available content of micronutrient elements. Exchangeable manganese, reducible manganese, available copper, boron and iron were found to range between 0.05-18.4 ppm, 19.18-191.25 ppm, 0.19-2.47 ppm, 0.30-1.54 ppm and 0.55-5.28 ppm, respectively. Effect of pH, calcium carbonate and organic matter content of soils on the availability of these nutrients was also calculated statistically and discussed.
