Four IPM modules were evaluated during rabi 2015-16 and kharif, 2016-17against drumstick pod fly, Gitona distigma (Meigen) at University of Horticultural Sciences, Bagalkot. Among four modules, the mean pod damage was significantly lowest in M2 [(a. Raking of soil around the tree and drenching with chlorpyriphos 20 EC @ 4.0 ml/l, b. Alternative bait spray (Rynaxypyr®20 SC @ 0.25 ml + jaggery 10 g) and Azadirachtin 10000 ppm @ 1.0 ml/l during fruiting stage, c. Installation of banana bait trap (10 traps/acre) and d) Collection destruction of affected pods)] followed by M1. The highest per cent protection over control was from M2 and M1. The highest B:C was obtained from M2 (16.61) followed by M1 (15.06).Downloads
