Abstract

Monitoring and evaluation are necessary for successful implementation of programmes. The success of a programme depends on scientific formulation, vigorous implementation at field level, close and continuous supervision, monitoring, evaluation and modification of the programme. Monitoring and evaluation are important management functions providing feedback of performance of the job in project implementation
