Abstract
Lactarius deliciosus and L. salmonicolor are wild edible mushrooms, members of mushroom family Russulaceae, non-cultivated edible macrofungus and collected from natural habitats as a food source in many villages of H.P. Observations are recorded on its taxonomy with molecular characterization and reported in this communication.
