Abstract
Fishes of the family Lciognathidae,popularly called ponyfishes, are representedby more than 30 species in the coastal watersof Indo-Pacific region (Weber and de Beaufort,1931; Tiews and Caces - Borja, 1965; Fischerand Whitehead, 1974 ; James, 1975 ; Jayabalan,1980 ; Fischer and Bianchi, 1984 ).Downloads
