The average weight increase of eel Anguilla angiiilla fed, 0% or 10% soybean(plant protein) in their diet was significantly higher than the mean weight of
eels fed 20% soybean in their diet. The percentage of body protein (dry weight)
in the eels fed a high soybean (20%) diet was lower compared to the other experimental
groups. However,, no significant differences were found in the body fat
