Abstract

The water level of the reservoir exhibited an inverse relationship with
temperature. Transparency and oxygen concentration (showed almost a direct
relationship. In the absence of free carbon dioxide, higher concentration of bicarbonate
was recorded. Monthly variations in carbonate concentration and pH in
the reservoir exhibited about similar pattern. Chloride was found in lower concentration
in the monthly samples of water.
