Abstract
Catfishes of the family Tachysuridae form an important demersal fisheryresource at M'lndapani. The irawl fishery here consists of four commercially
important species, they being, in the decreasing order of abundance, Tachysurus
thalassinus, T. dussumieri, T. caelatus and T. platystomus.
