Abstract

A simple device has been proposed for estimating live weight of aquatic
organisms such as macroinvertebrates and fish spawn. With the use of this
device the volume of aquatic organisms is determined from which the weight
is calculated. In view of simplicity and easy operation, the device is useful in
the field conditions
