Abstract
Keeping the lipi d, vitamin and mineral contents constant in the diets of juvenile Penaeus merguiensis the effect of dietary protein level on growth was studied. The growth of shrimps increailed with increase in dietary protein level from 34.5 to 42% (P < 0.05) and it declined with further increase in dietary protein. Food conversion was relatively less efficient in shrimps fed with diet above 42% protein level.Downloads
