Abstract

Onion (Allium cepa Linn.) is an important crop in India. Blight caused by Stemphylium botryosum Wallr. is an important seed and soil - borne disease in Jharkhand state. Stemphylium blight is reported to cause heavy loss of onion in Haryana. Rhizobacteria and parasitic fungi are common soil and plant part inhabitants. The efficacy of bioagent and fungicide have been studied and presented here.
