Abstract

Dried leaf extract of Ipomoea spp. effectively controlled the growth of the rice sheath rot pathogen, Sarocladium oryzae, while the growth of beneficial biocontrol agents, Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas fluorescens and Trichoderma viride, was not affected at 4% concentration of leaf extract in in vitro conditions.
