Abstract

During 1994-95, seeds of Brassica campestris, linseed and sesame were purchased in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. They were then analysed for aflatoxin contamination caused by Aspergillus flavus. In some samples aflatoxin levels were higher than those recommended for human consumption.
