Abstract

Sensitivity to edifenphos (hinosan) in Drechslera oryzae was monitored in the field. Sensitivity shift was noticed from year to year and the level of resistance was recognized based on the ED50 values. Initially, in 1984 the pathogen population exhibited low level resistance but within 5 years, it shifted to high level resistance with decreased sensitivity to edifenphos.
