Abstract

Samples of Magnaporthe grisea were collected from Eleusine coracana, rice and Brachiaria mutica in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka, India. It was shown that cultural and conidial variation can be used to distinguish Pyricularia isolates from different hosts.
