Abstract

Three new species of black mildews, Asterina henianii on Syzygium henianum (Myrtaceae), Asterostomella kushinagarensis on Croton roxburghii (Euphorbiaceae) and Sarcinella paniculatae on Celastrus paniculatus (Celastraceae), found during an extensive survey of the forest flora on northeastern Uttar Pradesh, India, are described and illustrated.
