Abstract

Abstract: The paper presents account of prototype study of the evaluation of the hydrological parameters and soil moisture regimes. Raising Shelter belts has modified the wind velocity and temperature in the area enclosed by it and the soil moisture has increased substantially compared to that in the area without shelter belts. The soil moisture conserved in the soil was evaluated periodically and this paper brings out the quantum thereof
