FUNGICIDE EQUIVALENCE OF RESISTANCE IN CULTIVAR KUFRI SUTLEJ UNDER WEST CENTRAL PLAINS

Abstract
An experiment was carried out to workout fungicide equivalence and the economic savings, which results from cultivation of late blight resistant cv. Kufri Sutlej. Spray schedules involving three fungicides, mancozerb, metalaxyl based and cymoxanil based were employed for the purpose. The fungicide equivalence of resistance in cv. Kufri Sutlej was worked out to be Rs. 1,200, 3,100 and 3,900 per hectare when mancozeb, cymoxanil based based and metalaxyl fungicides were used.Downloads
