329 / 125
Abstract
The potato processing cultivars Kufri Chipsona-1 and Kufri Chipsona-2 were grown with latest recommended fertilizer doses of 270:80:150 (N: P2O5: K2O kg/ha) and crop geometry of 67.5× 20 cm for 100, 110 and 120 days maturity. Taking into consideration the total and process grade tuber yields, processing and biochemical characters at harvest and after six months of storage, 110 days is suggested as the most optimum date for cutting the haulms of Chipsona varieties.Downloads
