Abstract
Two clopping sequences, viz. Potato-potato and potato-pea were evaluated wdh the addition of farmyard manure and chemical fertihzers during 1999 and 2000 on a sandy loam, neutral soil under sprinkler urrigation at Kukumseri 10 Lahaul valley for yield, net gains and soil fertility build up Potato- potato sequence resulted in higher yield and higher return than potato-pea sequence but potato-pea sequence proved superior in terms of soil fertility build up.Downloads
