Investigations were carried out on the frozen storage of ghol ( Pseudosciaena diacanthus) in the form of fillets. The results indicated that gholfillets stored at -l8°C remained in a highly acceptable condition upto 20 weeks. However, after this Etage, the acceptability steeply declined
