The study was conducted on 30 male goat foetii from 0 to 150 days of gestation, divided into five groups viz.; Group I (0-30 days), Group II (31-60 days), Group III (61-90 days), Group IV (91-120 days) and Group V (121-150 days) of gestation. On 52 days of gestation, the primordium of vesicular gland was observed as an elongated swelling at the point of termination of vas deferens. At 57 days, the swelling became larger and wascovered by the genital fold till 60th day. At 72 days of gestation, two separate left and right glands were formed due to the formation of a deep groove between the swellings. The two glands assumed rounded compressed appearance at 81 days. On 85th day, the gland showed superficial lobulations. At 145 days of gestation, the glands became typical lobulated and pear shaped. All-round diametric growth occurred in IV group only
whereas, length and width grew allometrically in III and IV groups. The left vesicular gland was larger and heavier than the right one throughout the gestation period
