In the present study, post natal development of lymph nodes of khaki Campbell duck has been studied up to 4th week of age. A pair of cervical and lumbar lymph nodes was found on each side of thoracic inlet anterior to jugular vein, and between the kidney and synsacrum, respectively. The weight, length and breadth of the cervical lymph node increased from the advancement of age and it was highly significant from one week to next week. The correlation between weight of the lymph node and body weight was highly significant. Lumbar lymph node was only detected at 4th week of age. Histologicaly, both the structures were characterized by a thin capsule, thin lympho-reticular cords, no cortico-medullary demarcation and sinusoidal spaces. Trabeculae were found only in the cervical lymph nodes.
