Abstract

Plates of ovine Bone Marrow Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells(BMMSCs) were used from passage 4 to passage 6 for the present study.Internalized MIRB was observed after 72 hours of incubation in the cultured BMMSCs.The MIRB labelled cells showed decreased intensity when subcultured. The quantity of iron per cell
was found to be 16.5 to 18.1 pg in BMMSCs.
