The present study was conducted on the pulmonary bronchioles of Black Bengal goat. Tissue pieces of desirable size were processed for histomorphological studies. Three types of pulmonary bronchioles as primary, secondary and tertiary were discerned. The primary bronchioles were the largest of the three. The epithelium was simple ciliated columnar in primary, low columnar in secondary and simple cuboidal in tertiary bronchioles. Both ciliated and nonciliatedcells were observed throughout the bronchioles. Goblet cells were not observed.
