Abstract
Padma Shri Dr KL Chadha, has been an icon and doyen for the research and development of the Indian Horticulture in India. He has steered policy planning, and research and developmental activities for almost five decades. For his yeomen’s service for bringing Horticultural Revolution in India, Dr Chadha has been conferred with so many prestigious awards. During the last five decades, he occupied various key positions including researcher, research manager, planner and administrator. Dr Chadha spearheaded the Indian Horticulture towards heralding “Golden Revolutionâ€. As a result, Dr Chadda is nicknamed as synonym of Horticultural research and development in India. He has distinct vision and possess abilities to achieve the same. The Editor (Indian Horticulture) interacted with Dr KL Chadha. The excerpts are furnished herewith.Downloads
