Abstract

Moreover, cashew is less affected by climatic vagaries and biotic interferences, thereby; there is good scope of extending cashew cultivation in our country, especially in wastelands and resource scarce conditions. Thus, wastelands can be converted into goldmines by cashew cultivation and standard of living of small and marginal farmers can be improved.
