Abstract

Humoral and cell-mediated immune responses of the experimental IBR-killed vaccine, were evaluated to study the potency of the vaccine. ELISA and SNT were used for evaluation ofhumoral immune responses whereas DLC and DNCB tests wee used for assessment of eNI. The vaccine was found as highly immunogenic vaccine in the present study.
