Abstract

Detailed investigation on the epidemiology of gastrointestinal nematodosis was carried out. Coprological prevalence of GI nematodosis, coprological examination, slaughter house prevalence and pasture larval burden were studied. Correlation of epidemiological findings with meteorological data were studied. The results reveald that goats of tarai region are highly susceptible to GI nematodosis throughout the year.
