182 / 106
Abstract
Under northern Indian conditions, rainy season crop of guava is severely infested by fruit fly. In addition, fruits are insipid and of very poor quality. Hence, scientists have recommended taking winter season crop only. For the control of fruit fly, several insecticides are used but their residues cause several health problems to consumers. In recent years, fruit bagging has appeared as physical protection technique to control insects, pests and diseases.Downloads
