Abstract
It can be concluded that atrazine 0.500 kg ha-1 was superior in improving growth, chlorophyll content, yield attributes, grain yield, stover yield, nutrient uptake by pearl millet crop and reducing nutrient removal by weeds. Highest grain yield were also recorded under atrazine 0.500 kg ha-1 followed by 2,4-D 0.500 kg ha-1 (PoE). Results are based on one year study; hence it needs to be validated by further experimentation before making final recommendation.
