On the basis of amplicons generated with random primers of OPF series an overall 92.3% polymorphism was obtained for DNAs of Staph. aureus isolates recovered from clinical mastitis in cattle and all the 21 Staph. aureus isolates were divisible into 2 major groups at 33% similarity coefficient. The similarity coefficient of both the groups ranged between 33 and 65%. An overall 92.3% DNA polymorphism was recorded. The isolates among which phylogentic proximities were recorded were from the same herds. In the present investigation 14 RAPD types were obtained.Downloads
