Effect of buserelin and progesterone administration on conception rate in embryo recipient cows

In the present study the effect of buserelin acetate (a GnRH analogue) 10 mg and progesterone administration on day of embryo transfer on conception in embryo recipient cows was evaluated. Results indicated that administration of 10 mg buserelin had no beneficial effect on conception rate in recipient cows. Administration of 500 mg progesterone on day of embryo transfer in embryo recipient has marginal beneficial effect.Downloads
