Osteoarticular grafts preserved in 0.5% formal saline for 21 days at 4°C were evaluated for reconstruction of hip joint.The function of the affected limb returned to normal and radiographic and gross evaluations of host-graft interface showedunion of host graft interface and incorporation of the graft in 7 out of 8 dogs at 84th day after surgery.Â
