Abstract

Three different monoclonals (2B7, 2C3, 2D10) were developed for the first time against an Indian virulent Newcastle disease virus (NDV) which secreted antibodies belonging to IgG class and directed against haemogglumin neuraminidase(HN) protein or the NDV. These monodonals possessed different biological activities and growth characteristics.
