Abstract
Histoesnzymological distribution of oxidoreductases was studied in the epididymis of 5 buffalo bulls. All the segments, viz. head, body and tail of the epididymis showed the activity for SDH, LDH. GLD, G6PD, 3beta-HSD, 17beta-HSD, MAO and CYO. The activity was higher in Ihe epithelium followed by peritubular tissue and stroma. The enzymic activity was higher in the epithelillm of caudal part of the head, body and tail, weak to moderate in pcritubular, and negative to weak in the stromal tissue of the epididymis.Downloads
