The comparative morphometry on the nasal septum and meatuses was carried out. The mean height of the nasalseptum was more in mithun in comparison to zebu and yak. The dorsal nasal meatus was less wide in mithun In comparison to zebu. However, middle nasal meatus was the widest. The nasal septum did not extend completely In the nasal cavity of yak. The height of the ventral nasal meatus was more in yak at the level of first cheek tooth, while the common nasal meatus was larger in mithun. The average height of the nasal septum at the level of first cheek tooth was significantly higher in mithun followed by zebu and yak.
