Occurrence of natural intestinal and bursal cryptosporidiosis and coccidiosis in broiler chickens in experimental aflatoxicosis

In a trial on experimental aflatoxicosis and assessment of contra-aflatoxin agents in a flock ofbroiler chickens kept on litter, a combination ofintestinal and bursal cryptosporidiosis and coccidiosis were noticed. In most birds, the infection was sub clinical and they were looked to be healthy. Detrimental effects of aflatoxin BI and beneficial effects of contra-aflatoxin agents upon the protozoan infection were noted.
