Heads ofmale Lori goats (20), aged 1-2 years, were collected. After fixing and sectioning the heads, morphological characteristics and distances between bones of skull and different structures of brain were measured. We concluded that, the best points to reach the lateral and third ventricles with 90° angle were located in distances of20.92 ± 1.02 mm and 37.5 ± 0.19 mm bregma point respectively. Also in different angles, to access the lateral, third and fourth ventricles, 25 mm, 38.4 mm and 48.5 mm needle length with angles 75°, 73° and 130° were needed respectively
