Abstract

The present study was initiated to know the extent of changes in protein profile from birth to sucessive growth until the attainment of puberty in Barbari and Jamunapari goats. Total protein, total albumin and albumin and globulin ratio were extimeted. Total protein varied between breed and between ages of goats significantly. Albumin, globalin and A:G ratio showed significant difference between season of birth.
