Abstract

studies on runlen of buffalo during prenatal development. Indian buffalo fetuses ranging from 5.0 cm. CRL (crown fUlnp length) to 62 em CRL were used. Specimens were divided into group 1-5.0 to 20 CRL (51-91 days of gestation), group 2-CRL 2.1 to 40 cm (92-164 days of gestation), group 3CRL above 40.0 cm (above 165 days). Neutral mucopolysaccharides, acid mucopolysaccharides, lipids and phospholipids were studied.
