Crossbred heifers, (16) were divided into 4 groups having 4 heifers in each group on the basis of their age and weight. The heifers in treatment T1 were fed untreated haled wheat straw (UTBWS) ad lib. and concentrate mixture to all the animals to meet the deficit energy and protein to fulfil 100, 100, 75 and 125% requirement ofenergy and protein respectively. Reproductive performance i.e. age and weight at puberty. age and weight at sexual maturity and number of services (A1) required for conception showed nonsignificant difference among the treatments.Downloads
